David has more than 35 years’ experience in Aviation Finance, including over 20 years at DVB Bank, for the large part as Global Head of Aviation, leading and building a strong lending, investment and asset management franchise. He joined DVB as part of an M&A business acquisition from The Long-Term Credit Bank of Japan, and transferred from DVB to MUFG Bank, also via business acquisition of the DVB Aviation platform, two decades later. David served as Board member of DVB, a publicly listed European bank, from 2016 to 2019.

Camille has more than 20 years of international aviation expertise, with a proven track record in aircraft transactions, commercial strategy and business development. As EVP Airline Marketing at Stratos, she leads the company’s airline marketing efforts, developing strategic relationships with carriers worldwide and supporting their fleet planning and growth objectives through tailored aircraft sourcing, leasing and financing solutions.

Before joining Stratos, Camille served as Commercial Director at Avinco, where she managed helicopter sales and acquisitions across international markets and contributed to the company’s global growth. She previously held commercial and management positions with Airbus Helicopters in France and China, gaining extensive experience in sales, customer support and market development across diverse aviation markets.

Her career began in international banking at BNP Paribas before she transitioned to the aviation sector with Airbus Helicopters. Having lived and worked across Europe and Asia, Camille brings a global perspective, extensive cross-cultural experience and a deep understanding of international aviation markets

Jelena has over 20 years’ experience in the structured asset finance space. She started her career at Citi, where she worked on a broad range of asset classes and investor markets. She then joined Doric at its start-up phase, where she contributed to the development of its asset management platform with the particular focus on the aircraft finance business. Jelena worked on a broad range of innovative financing structures that included listed and non-listed share and bond issuances to institutional and retail clients in Europe, Asia and the USA.

Most recently, Jelena worked at Magi Aviation Capital from where she joined Stratos. She holds a PhD degree in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College, UK.

Fraser has led and been involved in multi-billion dollar new and innovative transactions in his career for many well-known airlines on a global basis. His career has taken him from banking to leasing and fund management and raising, having worked for NatWest, Banca Intesa, Lloyds TSB, and SMBC. More recently he was Managing Partner at the London office of Doric, and SVP at Magi Aviation Capital, from where he joined Stratos.

During his career he has financed in excess of 100 aircraft through numerous structures and jurisdictions.

Jamie is an ex-airline professional with over 37 years of experience in aviation, 32 years with top tier airlines working in both Europe and Asia. Jamie currently leads Stratos’s advisory business as well as other commercial functions across the organisation.

Prior to joining Stratos Jamie worked as Head of Aircraft Procurement and Trading for Cathay Pacific Airways, a position he held for 6 years, where he was responsible for group aircraft acquisitions, leases and sales as well as aircraft related strategies. Prior to that position he was Aircraft Contracts Manager for 9 years where he managed technical aspects of aircraft acquisition, leases, financing and disposals. Before that Jamie was a Senior Engineer managing new aircraft definition and delivery as well as leading used aircraft induction and lease returns.

Michael is an experienced banker and analyst with a specialisation in commercial banking.

Prior to joining Stratos, Michael worked with Bank of Ireland and as an asset manager for an affiliate of Lloyds Banking group / Bank of Scotland.

Michael holds a diploma in aviation leasing and finance and a BA in Economics and Mathematics.

Cian is an aircraft leasing professional covering the EMEA region at Stratos. A qualified financial analyst, Cian started his career at GAM Asset Management (Dublin) before moving to Bank of New York Mellon (London) as a senior account analyst specialising in equities and fixed income portfolios.

Cian is a qualified finance and accounting specialist holding an MSc in financial services and a diploma in aviation leasing and finance.

Ivan is an airline professional with almost 30 years of experience in the Latin American aviation industry.

Before joining Stratos he worked for over 7 years an airline consultant in the region, advising several airlines, investors and authorities in Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay and Peru.

He started his career at LAN Airlines, where he held for over 15 years several executive positions, being responsible for Fleet Planning, International Growth, Route Development and Strategic Projects. Afterwards he was the CEO of the startup charter ONE Airlines in Chile, in charge of, first the certification process of the airline and later for the successful commercial operation.

Kushal Patel has over 12 years of professional experience across structured asset financing and strategic advisory to leading global financial institutions. He joins from Boston Consulting Group, where he advised major banks and financial institutions on enterprise strategy, operating model transformation, and large-scale technology initiatives.

Previously, he spent four years at Bank of America in asset finance, structuring financings across aviation, shipping, rail, and other real assets. Earlier in his career, he spent six years at Doric GmbH focusing on aircraft acquisitions and capital raising from institutional and private investors across Europe and Asia. Kushal holds a Master’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Imperial College London, complementing his expertise across structured asset financing and strategic advisory.

David is an aircraft leasing professional with over six years of experience, focused on the origination and investment analysis of commercial aircraft and corporate finance.

Before joining Stratos, David completed a Master of Science in Aviation Finance from the Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School at University College Dublin. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Limerick.

Mich brings over 30 years of experience in Project and Structured Finance from MUFG Bank, where he has demonstrated robust leadership and established a thriving corporate and investment banking franchise in the Americas.

Following a distinguished tenure as the Country Head of MUFG Bank India, Mich, as Senior Managing Executive Officer, has led BOT Lease’s alternative investment business divisions, including aviation, shipping, real estate, and renewable energies, for nearly a decade. In this role he has built a wide range of senior-level relationships with global clients.

He holds a Master of Business Administration from Tuck School of Dartmouth College and a degree in Economics from Keio University

Mark is a Pricing Analyst within the finance team at Stratos, focused on the financial modelling and investment analysis of commercial aircraft.

Before joining Stratos, Mark completed a Master of Science in Business Analytics from the Kemmy Business School at the University of Limerick. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Technology Management from the University of Limerick. 

Tomo Kurabayashi has over 15 years of experience in the aircraft JOL/JOLCO market working for various leading arrangers most recently as branch Manager in Tokyo.

He started his career at NTT Finance in charge of coverage for the western Japan area. Then moved to FPG and have worked with investors in Tokyo and Osaka. He joined Stratos after he was working at SBI Leasing Service as a manager for the Sales Department in Tokyo.

“Tina brings over 30 years of extensive accounting experience. She gained significant experience over a period of 18 years at Babcock & Brown where she was responsible for the group accounting and reporting for the UK and UAE group entities, in addition to the liquidity management function for the European and UAE offices.

Tina continued her career at a London based Private Equity company for over 9 years followed by providing consultancy services to a number of small businesses. She then joined Stratos from Magi Aviation Capital, and is responsible for Stratos’ financial management group accounting and treasury.”

Ana has been advising clients in the energy and aviation industries since 2001. Having started her career at Cuatrecasas (Barcelona), a Spanish leading law firm, specialising in M&A, Ana moved on to work for Baker & McKenzie (New York and Chicago) in corporate, finance and banking law. Ana also spent 7 years in the energy industry as legal counsel for Gas Natural Fenosa within the Repsol group (Madrid).

Ana is a member of the Madrid Bar Association and holds an MBA as well as a degree in law and economics. Ana is fluent in English, Spanish, French and Italian.

Muna Mohammad is an aviation risk and finance professional with 25+ years in credit risk management, lease structuring, and financial due diligence across EMEA, CIS, Americas, and Asia Pacific, currently serving as VP Risk and Restructuring at Stratos Aero. Her key stints include VP Risk at BOC Aviation and Director Aviation Risk at Castlelake in London, alongside prior roles at Air BP, BDO, and Citibank.

Annika joined Stratos with over 25 years’ experience in aircraft leasing and transaction management. She has acted as senior administrator in charge of lease management and aircraft transitions for Volito, Aercap, and Indigo. Most recently she worked at Magi Aviation Capital, where she was responsible for aircraft monitoring and lease management.

Annika brings a wealth of knowledge to the administration and reporting side and is renowned as an extremely diligent and well organised repossession and redelivery expert.

Annika was awarded Politices magister, pol.mag. (Political Science, Economics, Statistics, Law, Swedish) and Filosofie kandidat, fil. kand. in Literature from Lunds University, Sweden.

Rachel began her career as part of the Risk Consulting department with KPMG Ireland where she worked on a number of bespoke risk projects for large banking institutions and aircraft lessors.

Prior to joining Stratos, Rachel completed a two year management program with BOC Aviation in Singapore where she fulfilled roles across legal and transaction management, credit risk and airline leasing and sales.

Rachel holds an honours degree in business studies from Trinity College Dublin and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.

Ellie joined Stratos in 2023 after five years at Magi Aviation Capital. Prior to her current role as Lease Manager, she provided regulatory, marketing, and aircraft management support as well as research and market analysis. Her previous experience includes working as an Academic Editor and in communications, as well as gaining experience at UK law practices 5KBW, Norton Rose and CEDR as an undergraduate.

Ellie completed the Airfinance Journal Summer School of Aviation Finance in 2018. She has studied at the University of California, Berkeley  and holds an English Studies degree from Trinity College, Dublin.

Ailish is an Aircraft Leasing professional with a focus on technical management, with 10 years experience at major leasing companies.

She began her career at GECAS, supporting across the Technical department with focus upon maintenance analysis, B738 freighter conversions, asset sales and transition management.

Prior to joining Stratos, Ailish spent 3 years as Technical Asset Manager for Avolon covering Asia Pacific region.

John is an aircraft design engineer having started his career at Rolls Royce (UK) as engine controls engineer before moving to engine test and flight test support. John has worked across a number of RR engine development programs, including Trent XWB, Trent 1000 and Trent7000.

With 8 years of experience at a major engine OEM, John specializes in the technical aspects of lease management, particularly engine costs and performance forecasting.

Ian has spent the past three decades managing and inspecting aircraft from a technical perspective. Having started his career at Dan Air (UK), Ian moved on to work for various MRO, airlines, freighter conversion facilities and most recently large lessors. During his career, Ian has worked on technical records, maintenance planning, structural repairs and transitions of nearly all commercial variants of Airbus and, Boeing.

Tuulia is an aviation professional with 20 years experience working with financiers, lessors and airlines. Prior to joining Stratos, Tuulia was with

International Lease Finance Corporation and AerCap in Singapore for 13 years managing varied transactions from trading to leasing.

Prior to that Tuulia spent 8 years at international firms Freshfields, Stephenson Harwood and Dentons, focusing on structured and asset finance. Tuulia is admitted to practice law by the Supreme Court of England and Wales.

Kevin began his career as part of the Audit department with KPMG Ireland where he worked on several audits in the manufacturing and production industry.

Prior to joining Stratos, Kevin worked with Phoenix American Financial Services (“PAFS”) who act as Managing Agents in the aviation industry. Kevin was involved in the leading of day-to-day activities in a number of ABS deals.

Kevin is a qualified Chartered Accountant holding an honours business degree, a masters degree in accounting and a diploma in aviation leasing and finance.
