Nate Graddy

VP Business Development

Nate brings extensive aviation experience, having worked for Boeing in a number of leadership positions over 12 years. Nate’s final role was with Boeing Capital Corporation as senior director, customer finance, with responsibility for Japanese and Korean airlines, lessors, and financiers. Previous positions were with Boeing Commercial Airplanes and Boeing Japan. 

Nate is based in the Tokyo office and works with the team to grow Stratos’ JOL/JOLCO business and source financing from Japan and Korea. He holds a MS from Georgetown and a BA from the University of Florida.
